There are 3 simple steps to follow to book a tour package:

STEP 1.  Ask for a quotationFill up the required details for your tour and wait for our reply in your email. Once received, confirm your booking by replying to our email with your passport photo and flight details (if you have confirmed flight already) and you will receive a notice of availability with payment details for your reservation.

STEP 2. You may settle the payment thru bank transfer via the nearest BPI branch on or before the due date indicated in the invoice with payment procedure sent thru email.

STEP 3. Send copy of deposit slip to our email thread for verification and wait for your travel voucher and E-ticket, if availed within 1-2 working days.

You may deposit your payment to the bank accounts of our company. Take note of your due date to avoid cancellation of reservation.

  • Please deposit total package price in CASH on or before the given due time and date.
  • Check payments requires 3 days clearing and will result to issuing you a revised booking invoice where rates and availability are not guaranteed until purchased.
  • Confirmation of reservation will be given only after payment and deposit slip was verified and received.

Yes, you may just avail of hotel, tours and transfers only (land arrangement) if you have already confirmed flight.

Land arrangement includes hotel accommodation, tours and transfers. If you have airline tickets already, you may just avail of the land arrangement from us to complete your travel needs.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice. We will still acknowledge your payment but if there will be changes to the rate we will have to communicate them with you so necessary adjustments can be made. In most cases, no booking will be made and will be automatically cancelled if not paid within the prescribed period.
